Mylkcubator blasts off with cell-based dairy

Pascual Innoventures, an open innovation division of Pascual, a Spanish business in the food and dairy sector, is looking for startups, entrepreneurs and scientific projects “developing innovative solutions in the cellular agricultural spectrum for the dairy industry” within the cell-based, fermentation-based and applied technologies such as bio reactors and replication technology areas.

Its programme, Mylkcubator, “aims to support highly innovative startups specialising in the transformation of the food value chain for the production of dairy alternatives using cellular agriculture.”

Each year it will choose, from hundreds of applications, up to 10 startups to join a six-month hybrid incubation programme, where particpants will be able to test their products within a global network of mentors and access virtually or physically the company’s R&D technologies and facilities, the company says.
