Bitzer elected to Züger Frischkäse board of directors

Food scientist Lea Bitzer has been elected to the board of directors at the Swiss company Züger Frischkäse AG.

Lea Bitzer completed her master’s and bachelor’s degree as a food scientist at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETH).

She then worked for large Swiss food producers such as Nestlé Suisse S.A., the Orior Group and Bischofszell Nahrungsmittel AG.

Today she is involved in both the company Gelateria Pura Vida, which she founded, and the online shop gourmetdepot.ch.
