Green ice cream comes to the UK

Swedish Farmers has extended the reach of its organic ice cream range with a UK launch. Swedish Organic Ice Cream, which is produced in Sweden in conjunction with Sia Glass, will be the first product of its type to carry the UK Soil Association symbol.
To qualify for Soil Association approval, a product must be safe, nutritious and produced without synthetic chemicals, pesticides or fertil-isers. The ice cream is already recognised by Swedish equivalent, KRAV.
Swedish Organic ice cream is available in Vanilla, Blueberry, Chocolate and Strawberry flavours.
