Bradburys imports US cheese from Sartori

The UK will get the chance to taste American cheese as Bradburys, the UK-based independent cheese supplier, is launching a new range of cheeses from US-based cheese maker Sartori.

Bradburys will be stocking and supplying the Sartori’s premium BellaVitano cheese range for sale in the UK from January 2023. BellaVitano is a Sartori original premium aged cheese that begins with fruity notes and ends with hints of melted butter; varieties for every palate are offered with hand-rubbed or soaked flavours like Espresso, Balsamic, and Tennessee Whiskey made by Sartori at its Wisconsin site.

Bradburys will be importing the range for supply into its retail, foodservice, out of home and travel sectors in the UK. The variants are available in 2.27kg quarters for bulk and counter cheese, or in 150g retail sized packs.

Chris Chisnall, Bradburys sales and marketing director, says, “Our partnership with Sartori is fantastic, we’re pleased to be working with a family business that produces premium quality, award winning American cheeses that will add a new dynamic to our cheese portfolio and something different to consumers in the UK.”

The first BellaVitano cheese arrives this month, with one of Bradbury’s foodservice partners in the travel sector.
