Marketing hay milk in Austria

Erlebnis Sennerei Zillertal in Austria is using regional knowledge as part of the dairy’s marketing of 2023 for its hay milk products to the potential costumers in the local area. The hay milk comes from the Zillertal pastures and is processed and packaged in the valley.
