Arla Foods is to cease production of UHT milk at its factory in Kimstad, central Sweden, as part of a reorganisation programme.
UHT production will be transferred to Esbjerg on the Danish west coast, where Arla Foods already operates one of Europe’s most advanced plants for this type of product.
Kimstad’s production of low lactose milk, meanwhile, is to move to Alings
