Martina Müller, MD of FrieslandCampina for Iberia, Italy and France

Martina Müller is the new managing director of FrieslandCampina Iberia, Italy and France. With her appointment, Müller faces the challenge of continuing to expand the business strategy in three strategic territories for the dairy company. She arrives after nine years of experience in the marketing and sales departments of the cooperative. She began her career at FrieslandCampina in 2015 as part of the B2C team and, from 2018, joined the B2B segment.

She currently held the role of commercial director QSR and coffee and tea at FrieslandCampina Professional, where Müller was responsible for key and strategic accounts such as McDonalds and Burger King, among others, and has stood out for promoting strategic collaborations that have greatly benefited FrieslandCampina. Within the company, she is considered a people person, a natural leader and a respected colleague with a genuine desire to make a difference.

Müller has studied Business Administration at the IE Business School and the London Business School and has more than 19 years of experience in the world of marketing and business administration. She has developed her professional career in companies of the calibre of Mondelez and Pepsico in Brazil, as well as at Reckitt-Benckiser in the UK.

In this new stage, Müller will focus on boosting operational efficiency and consolidating the company’s presence in the different distribution channels. In addition, her priority will be to adapt commercial strategies to changing market demands and sustainability trends.

Currently, FrieslandCampina is present in southwest Europe with various cheese brands such as Millán Vicente, Castillo de Holanda, Recién Cortado and Campina, in addition to supplying cheeses and other dairy products to the main retail chains in the region. Beyond cheeses, the company is behind the Debic brand, focused on creams and butters for the professional market, Chocomel in the smoothie category and Valess as an alternative to meat.
