Mane Kancor has collected two awards at Fi India 2024. At the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre in September, the spice extraction company received the Excellence in Research and Development award in the Food Innovation category, from a field of 16 participants. The award highlighted its efforts in developing new processes, products, and technologies.
In addition, Mane Kancor won the Ingredient of the Year award for its King Chilli (Bhut Jolokia) oleoresin. Known for its intense heat and unique flavour, this oleoresin is part of the firm’s Global Chilli Spectrum, where chilli peppers with their taxonomic diversity are extracted using advanced methods to retain the oleoresin’s authentic taste and aroma.
“These accolades not only acknowledge our effort and commitment to innovation and excellence in the food industry but also motivates us to continue pushing the boundaries of quality and setting new benchmarks in the natural food ingredients sector,” notes the company.
Mane Kancor, a extractor of spices, was established in 1969, whose roots can be traced back to 1857. It has a presence in over 80 countries and regional distribution centres across the world.
