Weber named to Emmi board in Switzerland

Anette Weber was nominated for election to the board of directors at the general meeting of Emmi AG on 10 April 2025. Her financial expertise and broad experience in international management make her an ideal addition to the Emmi Group’s nine-member supervisory body, the company says. Weber has been CFO of the Bucherer Group in Lucerne since 2020 and has extensive international management experience. She spent 20 years in various finance and management roles at the Novartis Group in Europe, Asia and Switzerland.
In addition, she also has ten years of experience as a board member of international publicly listed companies such as New Work SE (Germany) and GN Store Nord (Denmark), where she also chairs the audit committee. Weber obtained her master’s degree in economics from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
