A group of 71 members of Australias largest milk producer, Dairy Farmers, is suing the companys board for allegedly not keeping members fully informed of the details of a merger bid by Parmalat (see DII 64(9)5).
Two members will represent the group when it bids to declare void the boards own re-structuring proposal
