Millbrook Dairy Company, a supplier of dairy products to the UK and international markets, has said it saw more than 11% year-on-year volume growth for the financial year ending January 2025. This was an increase to 10,469mt from 9,544mt, while almost doubling profitability. This performance was achieved despite challenging global trading conditions and significant price volatility, according to the company. The year also brought national recognition, with the six-year old dairy honoured with a King’s Award for Enterprise in International Development.
Alongside its strong financial performance, the company introduced new butter formats and built on its own-brand Millbrook range and its premium Scottish cheddar, 1057, for both wholesale and export markets.
Co-founder and director Kevin Beer says, “We’re delighted that Millbrook Dairy’s market position continues to strengthen, and that we’re now recognised as a trusted partner across manufacturing, foodservice, wholesale, retail and export channels. Throughout the year we’ve continued to invest back into the business while expanding our presence overseas. Staying close to supply dynamics and market trends has been key to maintaining balance and resilience in an unpredictable environment.
“We’re immensely grateful to our customers, suppliers and our fantastic team, who continue to drive the business forward. As we look to 2026, we have an exciting pipeline of new products coming to market, underpinned by the same commitment to quality, innovation and sustainable growth that defines Millbrook Dairy.”
