The Society of Dairy Technology‘s (SDT) autumn conference is set for 5 November 2026, delivered in collaboration with Campden BRI. This year’s theme, “Developing Dairy: From Trends to Technology,” will explore the latest developments shaping new product development across the dairy sector, the organisers say.

The programme will feature industry experts discussing emerging trends, innovative starter cultures, labelling and quality compliance, regulatory developments, packaging innovation and more, alongside opportunities to network and visit the trade stands. The SDT’s Annual General Meeting will take place ahead of the conference, with registration from 0915 and the conference concluding at 1500

All bookings can be made through the Campden BRI website. SDT members should use the code SDTAC26 in the comments section when booking and select payment by invoice to receive the SDT member rate.
