Dairygold adds Cotter as technical sales manager

Dairygold Food Ingredients, a supplier of cheese and dairy-based ingredients to UK food manufacturers, has named Breeda Cotter to the newly created position of technical sales manager, Dairy Division. Cotter moved from business development manager within the company’s UK commercial team. Cotter’s new role is part of the broader innovation team, which focuses on understanding customers’ cheese based technical requirements, liaising with Dairygold’s R&D team to develop solutions to their needs.
