Arla Foods UK names new dairy site

Arla Foods UK’s new £150m (EUR178.5m) dairy will be built on a 70-acre site at Aston Clinton in the UK. The facility promises to be the world’s first billion-litre liquid milk dairy as well as the first zero-carbon processing facility. The company announced its intention to build a large-scale dairy last November, but the location has been kept a secret until now. Arla says around 500 production, distribution and administration jobs would be created.
