Arla Foods buys out Ingman

Arla Foods has announced that it is buying the remaining 70% of Finnish dairy Ingman. The former family business will now be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sweden’s biggest dairy group.

Arla, who bought partial ownership of Ingman 18 months ago, says the buyout will not change Ingman’s operations.
