Morrisons to sue over fixing allegations
UK retailer Morrisons has said it will sue the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) over allegations that it was involved in a cartel to fix milk prices.
The OFT claimed that Morrisons was one of more than half a dozen companies who colluded to fix the price of milk during 2002. The company said the claim has damaged its reputation.
