Nestle opens UHT plant in Sri Lanka

Nestlé Lanka plc opened a new UHT milk plant at its manufacturing facility in Kurunegala, Sri Lanka. It is the third phase of a Rs10 billion investment in the country by the Swiss dairy giant. Last year Nestlé announced that it will invest Rs 10 billion in Sri Lanka over a period of five years. The opening of the plant is the second investment for this year in the country.
