Dairygold buys Dan Dairies in UK

Dairygold Food Ingredients UK is taking over Dan Dairies in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

Dan Dairies has operated in the UK since 1992, producing soft cheeses as ingredients for manufacturing and food service sectors.
The two companies have worked closely over the past year to develop the newly launched liquid cheese brand Ezycheese, an alternative to grated cheese.
Rafael Bechar, one of the former owners of Dan Dairies, will be remaining in the business as general manager.
