GERMANY – Dutch cheese specialist Cono has launched Beemster Extra Old Gouda in Germany.

The new product is aged for 26 months and is claimed to retain its smooth consistency and mild sweet-sour aroma. The Extra Old (XO) cheese is the latest in a wide range of speciality Dutch cheeses produced by the Cono co-operative.
