BELGIUM – The new company created by the merger of dairy companies Belgomilk and BZU will be called Milcobel.

As of 1 January 2005, the new company will collect and buy the milk of 4,600 co-operative members, which will total around 900 million litres per year, or one billion litres when French and Dutch suppliers are added.
