UK – The winner of this year’s Supreme Champion award at the Nantwich International Cheese Show was Belton Cheese’s Double Gloucester.

The cheese, which was entered into the single farmhouse traditional Double Gloucester category, is no newcomer to the awards. In 2003, it came second in the same class. The company’s Double Gloucester with chives and onions also took a bronze award at last year’s World Cheese Awards in London, while its Cheddar with herbs and garlic took gold in its category.
