Dairy Crest launches new brand of Cheddar

UK/IRELAND – Dairy Crest is launching a new brand of Irish Cheddar called Wexford Mild & Creamy this month.

The brand is produced in Ireland at the Wexford creamery, using milk from Friesian cows. It will only be available for nine months of the year, when the company said it can ensure milk from cows fed from fresh grass, which influences the texture of the cheese.
