Campina completes Strothmann acquisition
GERMANY – Dutch dairy giant Campina has acquired German yogurt and dairy dessert specialist Strothmann, following years of close co-operation.
The move means that Campina now holds 22% of the German dairy dessert market – up from the previous 19%.
