UK – AB Cheesemaking has announced the dates for its cheese and fermented milk products courses in 2002.

The company will hold soft cheese courses on 29 to 31 May and 13 to 15 August. It will hold a fermented products course on 2 to 4 July and a basic cheese course on 9 to 11 July.
