New ventures for PDC personnel

With the Milk Marque Product Development Centre (PDC) set to close soon, staff employed at the UK-based innovation development facility have started the process of moving on to pastures new.
Cheese expert Chris Ashby has established AB Cheesemaking, a consultancy run from her home in Nottingham. She will also be con- tinuing the excellent cheesemaking courses that have become so well established at the PDC over the last few years. She can be reached by telephone or fax on (+44) 1949 842867.
Process technology specialist H M P Ranjith, meanwhile, has set up Diotte, an engineering and troubleshooting consultancy.
Former colleague Ralph Clark, an expert in formulations and UHT technology, is to offer small-scale trials to companies looking to market new products.
