Danone ticked off over Activ advert

Food giant Danone has had its knuckles rapped by the UK Adver- tising Standards Authority (ASA) over claims made for its Activ calcium-fortified bottled water.
The reprimand was in response to a complaint by the British Dairy Council, which objected to Danone’s claim that one litre of the product provides as much calcium as two glasses of milk.
The ASA ruled that in making this claim Danone had used a glass size which was not common
