GERMANY &#8211, In response to growing sales of sliced cheese in packs, Arla Foods is launching five new varieties &#8211, Esrom, Havarti and three types of Dofino.

While sales of firm cheese from supermarket counters and pre-packed cheese have fallen, sales of sliced cheese in packs have seen a strong growth in recent years, claims Arla Foods.

Esrom and Havarti varieties have already been launched and the three types of Dofino will be released in the first week of February.
