Zenith Milk, the regional milk marketing co-op for the north of England, has announced a monthly milk price premium of 1.4 pence per litre (Euros0.023) for October 2000.
This flat rate price, paid to all co-op members, tops up an average payment of 0.28Euros a litre. Premiums will be subject to monthly adjustments to reflect moves in the market.
