Dairy plant opens near Moscow
RUSSIA –, Danone Group’s $45 million (50.5 million euro) fresh dairy product plant in Tchekhov, near Moscow, is now open for business.
The plant covers 50 hectares, employs 140 people and is expected to produce 30,000 tonnes of yogurt and fromage frais in its first year. Products will be sold on the domestic market.
