Edlong buys Brisan Group in US

US-headquartered Edlong Corporation, a manufacturer of dairy and dairy-type flavours, has announced the acquisition of Brisan Group.

Brisan Group has served the dairy flavour and sweet flavour markets for nearly three decades with a mission to “build amazing food products for consumers, with consumers,” developing and activating communities at the heart of consumer and product understanding, the companies say.
