UK supermarket Sainsbury is to actively seek a 20% rise in organic milk supplies over the next two years.
The store has signed a supply deal with the Organic Milk Suppliers Co-operative. The arrangement commits the company to guaranteed minimum volumes over five years and a fixed price of 29.5p per litre.
