Bradburys Cheese has announced the appointment of Gordon Walsh as managing director. Walsh brings with him a wealth of knowledge from the dairy industry after nine years in commercial roles at Ornua and most recently at Oscar Meyer, the company says. He will take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and management of the business, bringing experience through strategic insight, strong leadership skills and a clear vision that aligns with Bradburys values and ambitions, according to Bradburys.

Bradburys is a British cheese supplier with over 140 years in sourcing and packing cheese from specialist and artisan cheeses from UK and around the world. It supplies UK retail, wholesale and foodservice companies, providing bespoke specialist cheese solutions for consumers across 400 different cheeses, it adds.
