Lottery support for regional milk

Promotion of regional dairy products is being taken to a new high by the Austrian city of Salzburg with a nationwide lottery based on local dairy products from leading processor SalzburgerLand Alpenmilch.

Consumers across Austria and in neighbouring Germany and Italy can collect points based on individual Alpenmilch dairy products which are purchased. A national lottery draw will then award prizes including holidays for up to four people, hotel weekends, balloon journeys and consumer goods. The prizes are all concentrated in the region around Salzburg.
