  •  FAM Centris™️ 400C – Equipped with the SureShred 16C cutting head, this centrifugal shredder is to meet the demands of today’s versatile and high-volume cheese shredding applications. The revolutionary 16-blade cutting head improves the cutting process with preset slice thickness accuracy and doubled performance, while the lightweight design simplifies daily operations and reduces cleaning time.
  • Hymaks™️ – When your operation requires very high-capacity mozzarella shredding, this machine delivers outstanding performance combined with an uncompromising hygienic design, helping you maintain food safety in continuous production.
  • Flexifam 55 – For medium- to high-capacity slicing and dicing, this machine produces clean, uniform strips and dices, making it a favourite.
