Intraplás - We Package Your Ideas 

Intraplás is a European manufacturer of rigid dairy packaging solutions, specialising in PET, PP, PS including food grade recycled content alongside hybrid and paper solutions, with a dedicated innovation team. 

Founded in 1968 in Portugal, Intraplás has spent more than five decades developing packaging for the dairy industry. Today the company operates 3 production units in Portugal and the United States, employs more than 400 people and serves customers in over 30 countries with dedicated local UK representation, with a global turnover above €152 million. 

Our capacity speaks for itself: 105,000 tons of extrusion, 5 billion thermoformed units in Dairy, Food and Beverage cups/pots. The portfolio covers PET, PP, PS and paper solutions, from thermoformed cups and pots to hybrid formats, with in-house Dry Offset printing and IML-T and Paper Wrap capabilities that bring brands to life on the shelf. 

What sets Intraplás apart is the way we work. Our teams collaborate directly with customers, from concept to production line, developing packaging that responds to the demands of today's market: recyclability, material efficiency, shelf appeal and food safety. This includes recyclable material versions, rPET, rPP and rPS, reflecting a portfolio built for where the market is going, not where it has been. 

Quality and food safety are embedded in everything we do. Our certifications, including an AA score in BRCGS Packaging, reflect a culture of rigour and continuous improvement built over decades, one that our customers rely on every day.
