Aurora plans Russian organic dairy

US-based Aurora Organic Dairy is set to advise on the building of a dairy farm and processing plant in the region of Ulyanovsk, via Moloko Holdings, a multi-national venture.

It is planned that the farm will hold 5,000 cows and that the plant will produce 150 tons of milk products a day. Around €147.5 million is set to be spent on the project.
