Saputo in Warrnambool Cheese takeover

Canadian cheese giant Saputo has agreed with Warrnambool Cheese and Butter Factory to purchase the latter Australian company. Warrnambool produces a range of dairy products for domestic and the export markets, and is one of the largest milk processors in Australia. The price paid is expected to be around C$378 million (€269.2m).
