Agropur doubles capacity in US

Canadian dairy co-operative Agropur has doubled its capacity in the US by purchasing Davisco Foods’ dairy-processing businesses in the US, Europe and China. Once the deal is concluded, Agropur will own three cheese plants and an ingredients facility in the US, plus sales offices in the US, China, Singapore and Switzerland, along with distribution centres in the Netherlands and China. This is the third buy for the co-operative this year.
