UK – Adam Food Ingredients, one of the UK’s oldest dairy ingredient suppliers, has undergone complete restructuring.

The company’s 11,000 tonnes of annual block cheese sales has switched to its Irish Dairy Board subsidiary, Meadow Cheese. This will allow Adams to focus on working solely with new product development teams.

The launch of AskAdams.co.uk website and a newly created helpline (tel: (+44) 1538 393707) will provide ingredient query services to help food technicians and manufacturers.
