USA – Steve Demos, president of Dean Foods’ WhiteWave division has resigned from his post.

Dean chairman and chief executive Gregg Engles will fill in until a replacement is found.

It was Demos who built up WhiteWave’s leading soy branded milk in the US. “He built Silk into a formidable brand and has been instrumental in building our branded business platform,” said Engles.
