UK – Blue cheese specialist Shepherd’s Purse has secured a lucrative foodservice contract with bar chain Slug and Lettuce.

Shepherd’s Purse cheeses will now supply its Yorkshire Blue cheese to be used in all 57 Slug and Lettuce bars in a range of dishes.

Yorkshire Blue is based on a European-style recipe designed to give a unique buttery, sweet mild flavour with no sharp bite.
