SWITZERLAND – The Emmi Group has completed the takeover of Dutch company Craamer, as the Switzerland-based company continues its international expansion.

Craamer is an importer and distributor of cheese and has been closely involved with Emmi products in the past, especially the group’s Tiger cheese specialities and Swiss Natural label.

Craamer will concentrate on selling Emmi products in the Benelux markets under the administration of the company’s export arm, Emmi International.
