Raisio sells ice cream business

FINLAND/SWEDEN- Food and ingredients firm Raisio has announced that it has sold its Carlshamn Mejeri ice cream business to Sweden-based Ahus Glass, part of Finland’s Ingman Foods.

Raisio, which also produces paper chemicals and animal feeds, sold the business as part of its strategy to release capital in order to develop core business.
