DENMARK – Ingredient manufacturer Christian Hansen has launched a new yogurt culture that allows the reduction of fat content and additives such as stabilisers and gelling agents.

In conjunction with dairy manufacturers, the Denmark-based company has developed the Yo-Flex yogurt culture to match the needs of different market segments and production technologies.
