The biennial India International Dairy Expo 2019 welcomed over 5,000 delegates to see the latest technological advancements in the dairy industry.
182 exhibitors, 27% from abroad, showcased their products during the three-day trade fair. Exhibitors included dairy companies/co-operatives such as Parag Milk Foods Ltd.; Shree Murlidhar Gir Cow Farm; Tamil Nadu Co‐operative Milk Producers’ Federation Ltd.; The Telangana State Dairy Development Co‐Operative Federation Ltd.; and Yeole Brothers, presenting the complete value chain of dairy industry under one roof.
Concurrently to the trade fair, Indian Dairy Association (West Zone) organised a two-day seminar on “Technological Developments in Dairy Industry”.
Some of the notable speakers in the seminar included representatives from GEA Process Engineering India; GEA GmbH; GEA Westfalia Separator India; Hexagon Nutrition; BAIF; Thermax Ltd; EGLI AG Switzerland; Danisco India; Maruti 3PL; Sidel France; National Dairy Development Board (NDDB); Bliss Life Sciences; Bericap Germany; DuPont India; CTARA, IIT Bombay and SMC College of Dairy Science and many others.
