SalzburgMilch’s new app

Austrian dairy SalzburgMilch has now joined many companies that have developed an app, in order to get its customers more attached to the company and its products.

Already more than 3,000 users are using the new SalzburgMilch app. It is available for both iOS and Android operating systems and offers a loyalty function.

“We want to use the app to thank our consumers for their loyalty. It’s easy now,” said Florian Schwap, head of marketing at SalzburgMilch. “As of now invoices can be scanned with at least one SalzburgMilch product and points collected, which can then be redeemed for attractive bonuses from various co-operation partners in the region.”

The loyalty programme, for example, gives discounts for admission to the Salzburg Zoo, for the home football league and at online shops. There are even vouchers worth a total of €2,500 from hotels.

In addition to the loyalty programme, the SalzburgMilch app delivers news, videos, information about the products and many different recipe suggestions directly to user’s phones.
