Cash payment ruling sparks trade dispute

Brazil is demanding that its importers of foreign dairy produce must pay cash for deliveries, preventing them from receiving loans to finance deals.
The move has sparked a trade dispute with neighbouring Argentina, which exports 90,000 tonnes of milk, cheese and butter to Brazil every year.
