Campina moves cheese production
NETHERLANDS –, Bleskensgraaf, one of Campina’s largest cheese plants, is to take over the production of Cumin cheese from its sister plant in Rijkevoort, near Nijmegen.
The Bleskensgraaf plant in western Netherlands is traditionally known for producing Gouda cheese without additives. However, it will now vary between producing bulk batches of Gouda and Cumin cheese tailored to customers’ demands.
