In the first half of this year Polish imports of butter, cheese, liquid and powdered milk grew from 38.4 to 47.1 million kg, according to German ZMP marketing agency.

Exports showed a different trend, however. While overseas sales of yogurt, milk and cream rose, exports of milk powder and butter fell sharply from 71.6 to 44.9 million kg.
