Marigold Foods has found a way to add filled chocolate cups to yogurt.
The company has developed a proprietary technology for adding chocolate truffles to yogurt without breakage. The confectionery is also formulated to withstand moisture migration from the yogurt.
Kemps Classic yogurts come in four varieties: caramel chocolate cups in coconut cream yogurt, cherry chocolate cups in cherry yogurt, raspberry chocolate cups in raspberry yogurt and strawberry chocolate cups in strawberry yogurt.
Each 5oz (142g) cup contains around 12 sweets. Pedestal cup packaging has been chosen to reinforce the dessert’s decadent image.
